ChampionsGate Resort is approx. 10 miles to the nearest Disney park and about 15-20 minutes to all the other parks including attractions, restaurants, shops & outlet malls in Orlando area. It is walking distance to the fabulous Oasis clubhouse with includes a water park. Conveniently close for you golf lovers. This 6 bedroom 2 story home that sleeps 14comfortably with 2 bedrooms downstairs! It also has a private screnned pool and games' room.

My family and I arrived on Friday, June 22nd and departed on Friday, June 28th, 2024. Upon arrival, the neighborhood and the appearance of the home was great. Inside the house there was a slight musky smell as if no one had been there for a while. There were small issues, such as a crack in the tile in the downstairs bathroom, the shower door was broken(maintenance came on Tuesday to repair the door in a short period of time) and the carpet in all the bedrooms had seen better days. We are a take your shoes off in the home family, but others are obviously not and the carpet shows the wear and tear.
The entire place could use some updating. The pots and pans looks as if many people have used them and they are quite damaged. The showers could use some bars to hold in too, especially the downstairs master. It is extremely slippery and an older person could get seriously injured. The blinds in the windows look worn and have seen better days. The overall quality is not up to the standards of the neighborhood appearance. The website says it’s minutes away from Disney, but it took 40 minutes to get to any of the parks. We would definitely stay in that development again, but not that particular home.

Firstly, the air conditioning on the first floor seems to be malfunctioning. Despite adjusting the thermostat as instructed, it remains uncomfortably warm, and now we're unable to access the thermostat altogether. This has made our stay quite uncomfortable, especially given the current weather.

Additionally, I wanted to bring to your attention several discrepancies between the rental listing and the actual conditions of the property. The photos provided did not accurately reflect the current state of the accommodation. We were also "upgraded" without prior notification of the location change, and upon arrival, we found several amenities lacking, such as kitchen towels, dish soap, trash bags, and even toilet paper. Furthermore, there have been issues with cleanliness, as we've encountered and disposed of two roaches during our stay.

Moreover, the outdoor seating is in poor condition, with torn and limited seating options. The playroom with the pool table is also falling apart.

Despite multiple attempts to contact management through both messaging in the app and phone calls, we did not receive any response or assistance regarding the issues we had. We even ended up leaving the rental early. Poor communication!!

Terrible- arrived to washing machine full of dirty water - notified office- never got it fixed in 6 days! I had to spend half a day at laundromat on my vacation ( not what I had planned)
Then out to the pool area- where 2 of the large screen section were hanging down in the pool area- one would hit you in the face when you walked around the pool.
There were weeds and trash in the pavers around the pool and a broken chairs stacked in the corner of the neglected pool area. I could go on and on....
Very disappointed- you changed the house I had booked- because the original house supposed was now not available.
But when I looked on line you still showed my original house I booked. Sure seemed like a bait and switch!
Just pathetic!!

Our stay at this property was awesome. We had 16 people in our party and there was plenty of room for everyone. Having the pool was great! The kids could have not been happier! I would definitely rent this house again when coming to Orlando.

We stayed here May 17, location excellent only 10 minute drive to Disney, places to eat not far, great Oasis club food was excellent, golf at the country club excellent, villa was spacious, no problems in booking villa beginning to end would definitely use them again

Had an awesome time and LOVED the house! Our only complaints were no hair dryers and no wine openers, but we fixed that. Thank You so much for a wonderful home to stay in. We will hopefully be back next year!

This was a really amazing home. Excellent location and really close to the activities we enjoyed while we stayed. The office person, Ms. Mary Quiles, was amazing to meet in person. She is very lovely and I felt welcome. We plan on recommending (we already shared at home vacation rentals with family and friends) this home and this company to others who plan to travel to the orlando area.

I’m a returning guest and love this house! This time there were upgrades with the living room furniture and patio furniture!! Full of towels and nice linens. We also had all the utensils needed from our family meals.
One of the best locations in the community.
Management Company was very responsive and deliver great costumer service. Highly recommend this home!!
