This house was great for the price. It's a good location. It is not exactly like described, well broken in, but it was nice overall.

We had a leak in the ac unit leaking into the bathroom downstairs that was finally fixed 5 days into our stay. It was hot, a d the cleaning was below my expectations. Our vehicles were also broken into while at the house. By far the worst vacation experience ever.

The house was located in a nice area. Clean no bugs. Beautiful layout. Will definitely stay here again.

The pictures do not match the current state of the house. While we enjoyed the pool, nothing else was great. The couch has majors rips in it. The games in the garage were unusable due to everything being broken. Including the pool cues, pool table and darts. The laminate on the kitchen cabinets are peeling off and the house smelled of bleach. When we tried to contact someone we had to leave multiple messages before getting in contact with anyone. Definitely disappointing since the pictures make it look amazing.

We stayed in this property back in 2019 and it was so nice to come back! My family and I enjoyed the pool area and the heated pool. The kitchen area is a the best spot in the house, we had a great time cooking and having meals together. <br/>The Harry Potter and the NYC bedrooms were the favorites for the kids and teenagers. We hope we are able to come back soon!

Stay away please

Overall the stay was ok. The home was not what I had rented because after being e route I was notified that the home was uninhabitable. The new house had roaches. The new house was not clean as there was trash under beds, in drawers, etc. there was writing on the walls, in drawers, on doors, etc. there were supplies you would think should be in the home and they were not, such as a broom and mop. Giselle was great to work with though.

The reality company in charge of this home has poor communication. It lists that towels are included but there isn't enough for each guest and there aren't any for the kitchen. You have to pay extra to heat the pool and hot tub but they don't mention that in the listing. The kitchen was full of cockroaches. They said they sprayed but they were still there after that. Do not rent this house or from this company!

This home is no where near what is advertised in the pictures. Home is down right disgusting! Horrible from the night we arrived. **** Roaches all in the kitchen, floors are disgusting, pool area is nasty and pool screens are torn. Towels are stained and so are bed sheets. Upstairs bathroom shower is disgusting and leaks into the game room. You can see how they tried to patch it in the game room. Contacted the company and never once came out to solve any of the problems. There is plenty more I could say but they do not give enough room to write it all. STAY CLEAR OF THIS HOME AND AT HOME VACATION RENTALS!!

The outside of the home was nice. Very limited items on the kitchen. We had to private a t-towel and dish cloth and wash cloths as none were in the home. No hot pads to take a hot item out of the oven either. The home definitely showed wear and tear. Needs painting. Towel rack fell apart when you touched it. Cockroaches running around in the kitchen. The pool was nice but a little dirty

There were minor cosmetic issues that should have been addressed prior to renting.(ie towel bar in main bath falling off wall) As well, there were no face cloths in the house and very few towels. The appliances were fantastic. The pool and heat were with best that we have ever had. The shower was great too. We would rent this unit again.

The worst house I've ever rented. Pictures on website are not what the house looks like. DIRTY, DIRTY, DIRTY! Management company unprofessional. Couch in downstairs LVR ripped, floors dirty (grandbabies had dirty knees and feet from walking on the tile and LVR rug), Airplane room had stained comforter & soiled sheets (urine stained), carpet on the stairs and upstairs needs to be replaced because it's so dirty, walls need to be painted. Management company communicated with me for 1 day, then never heard back from them. I have pictures, wish I could post for people to see. Do you think I would have rented this house if the picture of the couch showed it having rips? Much more was wrong with the house!

Worst host ever

The whole experience was bad. They send out an automatic message as soon as you rent the place telling you to send in names of people coming and photo id. I sent it on Vrbo messenger and the email they told me to use neither of them replied. So a few days before we went I had to message to make sure they received it. Again on both pathforms. We get to the house. The sofa is leather and all torn up from the wear and tear. The screen doors to the pool area are both off and leaning up against the doors. The sheets had a yellow tint to them. After the first night of just getting there and going to sleep we noticed the biggest room had a flying ant problem. Like they were making a nest or something in the bathroom. All toilet paper rolls were half used with no extra so we ran out within a day with 12 people. Then we leave my mother used one drawer there the whole time and that was to hold her extra wallet that kept her insurance cards and other things. She forgot to grab it I messaged them again on two different platforms. No answer. I called and they said maintenance goes through on Thursday and they would look and they would call me back. No word. I called them that Monday lady said she would call to see if they found anything and call me back. Never called me back. Tried calling said there was no voicemail set up. By Wednesday finally got ahold of someone and they said they didn&#x2019;t find anything but she would call me if they did. This was the worse communication I have ever had renting and cleaning was awful. I will never rent from them again

We checked out 5 days early as we could not stay in the house we had to get a new rental which cost us extra money . House is very dirty walls floors doors clipboards all have dirt and food dried to them all beds were pissed stained one bathroom was full of bugs as well blankets in beds are dirty and pillows are dirty with stains and food on them we reported our stay and asked for money back and knowone has contacted us yet so let this be a warning don&#x2019;t stay here .....<br/>

Easy check in, great facilities. Te house need a lick of paint, walls etc clearly having been scuffed over time of being rented, but this didn't detract from the stay.<br/>The pool bar at the main resort also had sporadic opening times not in line with what was published, so this also needs commenting on, but great location, lovely pool at the villa and the resort, and a thoroughly enjoyable trip, thank you.

We rented this house for a family trip. House in good shape, except for the walls. Really needed a paint job downstairs and stairwell. Overall, house fit our needs. Had one service request while we were there, pool pump stopped working. Was repaired very fast. Loved the area as well as the clubhouse pool and lazy river. Food at the clubhouse was also really good. Would rent this house again.

There are have been several maintenance issues cited and reported that have not been addressed since our arrival on March 30.2022.<br/><br/>-leak from kitchen faucet caused water to leak under cabinet and on kitchen floor<br/>-pool not clean and unable to be used, full of debris including cigarette butts<br/>-pool lighting on patio not working<br/>-pool not heated after two days<br/>-screens torn and broken on screened in patio<br/>-only 2 of the 4 cooktop burners work on the stove in kitchen<br/>-broken chair on patio caused guests to fall upon sitting<br/>-ceiling fan not working in living room<br/>-Leak in ceiling of first floor bathroom around AC vent<br/><br/>Please advise on how we should proceed. Like many of you reading the reviews, we were a little worried about what maybe instore. Its not that bad at all!!<br/>New patio furniture arrived while we were there, more towels delivered too and new dining chairs!!<br/>Yes a little painting is needed to improve the villa itself and some cleaning kit should be provided like a Hoover and mop (We bought a mop given the length of stay)<br/>Only thing that was an issue was the gate security, poor attitude from them, the wait to get in, and god forbid you enter in the wrong lane as you will be made to reverse out!!

The house was nice, it was clean, just some things aren't as they seem. They don't tell you they're gonna charge more money if you want the hot tub on up front. When they do turn it on they are only allowed to turn it to 90 degrees (which would be like a warm pool or a cool bath). The pool table is the garage was something else we looked forward to. The sticks didn't have any tips on them and the felt on the table was ripped. The dart board didn't work, and they had metal tipped darts for a plastic tip board ( which is why it was broken i suppose!?). The shower door was off the tracks and had to be reset.<br/>However other than these issues it was very clean and well kept.<br/>Now, the neighborhood... we had the unfortunate experience of being in there when a car show was nearby. Although it was neat for me to see the cars, it made the streets very cluttered. So this house will definitely hold 16 people, there is only parking for two vehicles. They are very serious about towing your vehicle if you park on the street. My niece got her car towed and her was one of the only cars on the street. Around the corner where the car show cars were... they were parked on the street, in the grass, over the sidewalk etc. They didn't get towed...<br/>So we had to pay 225 dollars to get it back.<br/>A lot of construction happening when we went in 2021, not too noisy, but not pretty to look at. Gated entry workers weren't too friendly either.<br/>I guess overall I liked the house itself but the neighborhood could use some work.

I would definitely rent again. My family had lots of space and a great time. I would suggest painting downstairs more often and removing the carpet on the staircase.

The house was just what we needed for our family. The family enjoyed the pool, but would recommend new patio furniture. We enjoyed our stay, the pool at the resort. Great pool bar. Location for Disney and Universal was great.

This is a very large & spacious house. But it could use a coat of paint, new outdoor furniture & a more comfortable sectional on the first floor. Also the carpet needs cleaning or replacing. Even though the bathrooms were clean the house had a dirty feeling because of the carpets & paint. The community is nice with a great clubhouse pool. It really was nice to have a private pool in the back and a large eat in kitchen. The outdoor furniture really needs to be tossed- it&#x2019;s dangerous- not to mention the last thing you want to relax on is rusty, gross outdoor furniture. Be sure to bring your own toilet paper, dish, hand, & laundry soap. For the money I would not stay here again.

Very nice place. Would rent again. The only thing I have to say negative which it appears several people have complained about it is the patio furniture. Need new very badly. There is so much rusted pieces that I was concerned the kids would cut a finger or step on the metal pieces that had crumbled off and landed on the patio. Loved the pool.

Pool area is large and the spa is like heaven!<br/>The games room was also nice and we all gathered there as well. <br/>We didn&#x2019;t pay for the pool heat this time but we plan coming back and next time we will include this extra in our budget, I just wonder how wonderful that spa would be with the heated water!!??<br/>Management company was very professional. They contacted us for a welcome call making sure everything was alright. The pool tech came by and he was very polite, asked us if he could keep his schedule and have the pool served. Nice the kind way he approached and we also felt that house was under schedule to keep it maintained and fresh for us. We left hoping we&#x2019;ll be able to come back some time soon!

Management is really bad here...they will not address issues with you personally and the office is there as a joke. From the moment I arrived I was stuck cleaning and washing linen because, you can't arrive until after 4pm The office is closed and the house was filthy. About 2am when I was finally able to allow my kids to lay down and get some rest I sent them pics of the filth and they sent a maintenence guy who bought towels,and glasses. I showed him the house condition and he apologized and sent a cleaning crew that I thought was coming to clean some of the things... they just took pictures and explained that the person who did this would not get paid, then they explained someone would be sent from the office.. they never touched the dirty dishes they explained they couldn't clean the oven because the sponge couldn't do it, but assured us someone would come that could.. needless to say no one came. I then discovered the game room chairs were covered in rust and refuse to allow the kids in there and with further investigation the Foose ball table was leaning on two disconnected legs and two good legs which the maintenence guy had to return to fix. The eat in dining area shows 4 seats, but upon arrival there are only 2. The pool side table and chairs are dangerously rusted on the edges where you have to sit,, this place has simply been run down. On the last day of my 6 day stay the Management finally decided after me calling the office 3x's a day everyday to be told someone would call me in a little while which no one ever returned my call. And when I finally had enough and request to speak to anyone other that the lady that kept lying, telling me someone would call.They then wanted to play victim,and the owner who mysteriously could not be reached,text me saying I'm only mad because I want heat for a hot tub, when I clearly told them that would never compensate the **** I had been through for vacation...worst management ever!!! Be Warned!!

The house was very clean and the location was perfect for our needs. We had some minor issues but the rental company resolved them within an hour. The rental company was very helpful with all our needs and concerns. This house offers two living room areas making it feel more private.

Great location, great house, beautiful pool, lazy river and hot tub area. However the water was ice cold. Apparently they have heat for the pool, but don&#x2019;t turn it on until December 1st, which we missed by a couple of days. Also the house we rented was very nice, but they didn&#x2019;t provide pool towels and the kitchen utensils were sparse , also no kitchen towels, definitely need to upgrade what they provide.
