We did not know this was changed till we received an email, stating we didn't pay for pool heating and no BBQ. Then I found out the house address they gave us, the original house we wanted had a BBQ included at no charge and we had to pay for heating pool, not a issue. The house we got waved rental fee but charged for grill cleaning 45.00 which was an extra cost for us. Just wish that we were notified of the change and why.

2000 characters isn’t enough to review this poor excuse for a high end property. Filthy bed sheets in the master suite with what can only be described as human stains on them. Wrinkled and clearly slept in sheets in one of the other rooms and a possible blood stain in a third. Cloudy, dirty pool with a smelly tub covered in green algae! Seriously, who is doing the cleaning here? Dirty sofa in the living area. Vertical blinds which kept falling off their rail. A cutlery draw with 3 teaspoons and 9 forks in a 6 bed house! Blunt, chipped and broken knives that were quite frankly dangerous. Big shout out to Gisele at At Home Rentals who quickly and sympathetically sorted out any issue raised but she really shouldn’t have to. To whoever is responsible, buy some decent knives, some more cutlery, and make sure your cleaning contractors actually do the job you’re paying them for. Great location but absolutely wouldn’t go back. Hate giving bad reviews but this was just so poor. Shame really as outside the house, we had a wonderful time. I hope I can post some photos but if not, I’ll be copying this to Vrbo where I’ll post them there.

Our accommodations were less than ideal, but we made the best of the situation. For what we paid, we were very disappointed. The pictures that were advertised was not a true representation of the house. The house was very run down and required a tremendous amount of maintenance. The walls needed to be painted, the carpets cleaned, the moldings replaced, blinds replaced, cupboards almost off the hinges and chunks of wood missing, the netted pool area needed to be replaced. The cooking utensils were very used and there were no knives to cut anything up. There was hole in one of the doors, gum stuck in the carpet and the house desperately needed a DEEP clean. There wasn’t even a proper broom to use. The one that was there looked like it was about 10 years old and taped up with duck tape. The baseboards and rails looked like they haven’t been dusted in 6 months. You could take your finger and draw a picture in the dust. When we arrived, there was a dead cockroach in the master bedroom closet and one in one of the cupboards. During our stay we came across two more live cockroaches in the bedroom on the main floor. There were also multiple bugs (water beetles and smaller cockroaches) in the pool but no net to scoop them out. There was a net there, but the mesh was missing! We were using a mug during our stay. We called the property manager when and sent pictures as we were concerned that we could be charged additional for some items that were damaged and expressed our dissatisfaction on the level of cleanliness. They did send in someone to clean the the pool and a cleaner. They were there for approximately 10-15 minutes and the lady who came was so rude to my husband and rolled her eyes multiple times and made us feel that we were being an inconvenience to her. Said that they would send a net, it never arrived. We paid for a BBQ rental for the 2 weeks, no propane tank. We were 5 days with no propane. We were not refunded. This could be a very nice unit if m

I added the heated pool and hot tub days before I showed up. It was never turned on even after calling and emailing every day I was there. I couldn't even get in the gate the first day because I wasn't on the list. I booked the house so how could I not be on the list? The people I added were though. This happened to dozens of people every day. Seen it as we exited and entered daily.

However with the home 3 bed frames that were broken and the picture above is just showing one of those. I sent emails, texts yo the number as well as sending emails to mgmt. Towels were dirty, my 7 yr old son had to kill bugs in the u/s bathroom. Poor internet connection especially if you have elderly staying behind while others are out just an inconvenience for them not to mention they couldn't sleep properly. This we did not enjoy at all. Overall the only reason why this was enjoyable bc we were with family or out to the parks! Not staying again , hopefully others see this too, just a warning!

When we first got there Jene was very helpful in helping us get into the house, I didn't get any email on code to get in, just the address to the house. When we got in the walls scrape, the curtains area was all broken, we couldn't close them, we had problems with roaches, I took pictures and sent them in. The trash can outside the door had the worst smell ever, there were sand under the cushion on the sofas, we brought our own pots, glad I did, because the ones that was there was burnt in the bottom, couldn't be used unless you wanted to burn your food. All the toilet paper rolls holders upstairs bathroom was broken, one of the upstairs bedroom bed was broken. A metal piece in the sofa downstairs was mess up. To sum it all up the house was not cleaned when we arrived. We left the house much cleaner than it was when we arrived. We enjoyed the house, but the services wasn't great. I have been coming to Champion Gate Resort for years now, this have been my worst experience, for as living quarters.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. House was clean and spacious. Several minor issues came up- light inside pool didn’t work, some tv cable boxes wouldn’t turn on and fridge door had issues closing. Manager/owner communication was excellent and he responded to all messages within a few minutes. While he offered to send a repair person over the next morning (we let him know after business hours) that was too late for us as we were checking out the next day. Overall I would definitely recommend this home despite some of the minor inconveniences. They most likely could have been fixed had we communicated the issues as soon as we arrived.

Great location and the check in process was great. Very spacious and room for multiple families to stay together. Adequate utensils and pots and pans if you wanted to cook. The beds were fairly comfortable but the house is in need of new pillows. We found a few extra pillows in closets but there weren’t any extra pillow cases for them and they were kind of rough looking. I wanted to give this house a good review but it is in desperate need of a deep clean. Growing up with a dad who manages multiple hotels has trained me to have an eye for cleanliness. This house is definitely not up to clean hotel standards. I understand it’s a rental house and not a hotel but it needs some cleaning love. You can tell everything was cleaned in between guests but it needs more than a quick clean. Upon arrival there was trash sitting outside the front door and also a large metal piece of what looked like trim just laying in the bushes. The return vent for the ac unit upstairs was caked in dust. Lots of high dust on top of picture frames. The shower in the bigger master room upstairs had pink slime on the tiles. One of the master sinks had mold growing under the rim that was easily visible. The back porch needs to be cleaned as it was slimey underneath the covered area. The tile floors all felt sticky on our shoes although it looked clean so maybe it was the cleaning product used. Also we paid for pool heat, contract said 90 degrees but it never got above 75. We put in a service call and they said it was reset but the temp only went up a few degrees.

Our stay was amazing! The property was EXACTLY as pictured! The only issue we had was that there were no wash clothes only towels and hand towels. But other than that small issue everything was GREAT! Definitely would book this property again

It was a great home and it was just as described. The large bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen area was what I especially loved.
The area is also an exceptional area for anyone wanting to vacation in Orlando. My husband and I and our friends miss the home already and we'd gladly stay again.

Rental team were incredibly good - especially when we had an unexpected flight cancellation due to bad weather! They were so helpful and made a stressful time a lot easier - arranging for us to stay on in same property - I couldn’t recommend them enough! Took a bit more time than we’d have liked to travel to parks because of traffic around champions gate and I-4 everyday, usually around 30minutes. Communal pool and facilities were very nice although we only visited once as you were unable to take your own drinks and snacks, which we thought was a bit mean, seeing as you can do this at every Disney waterpark! We would’ve used them more and maybe bought lunch there if not for that reason! But both negatives were nothing to do with villa or rental company so overall 5 stars and a very enjoyable stay!!

This isn’t the first rental my family has stayed in at Champions Gate and other properties within Davenport. We rented here, because we like the area and the fact that the vacation homes are new, and the amenities on the property. The home we rented this time overall was very nice, however there were a few issues I’d like to point out. The pool was screened in, but there were still bugs in the pool, the property did not have a net where we could’ve cleaned it ourselves. I called the management office, and was told someone would come and clean it and no one ever showed up. The master bath shower was somewhat clean, but their was hair in the shower, as well a sink in the secondary bathroom, as two of the other bathroom showers had hair in them as well. The mattresses for the two king beds were not very comfortable.

The master bath shower was somewhat clean, but their was hair in the shower, as well a sink in the secondary bathroom, as two of the other bathroom showers had hair in them as well. The mattresses for the two king beds were not very comfortable.

The condition of the rental property was good. A large home with lots of open space and room. The pool area was wonderful, and we really liked how the pool got the morning sun, and was more shaded in the afternoon. We also really liked how although it backed on to other houses, this home was higher than our backyard neighbours giving a bit more privacy. The property was well stocked with towels, however the kitchen could have used a few extra supplies, specifically cookie sheets, large bowls for salad, and frying pans. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and would return to this rental location.

Me and my family stayed for a whole week and we were very comfortable. The house is very big so even if we were 9 peoples in the house it didn’t feel crowded. The pool and spa was great, especially after long days at Disney.
The only thing I would have expected from this place was dishwasher soap for the machine / hand wash and garbage bags.
I know your going to say I’m picky but the utensils for cooking were cheap and hardly no pans (for lasagna, Shepard’s pie etc) I would have also liked to have more containers for fridge storage and an ice machine that would have worked.
But overall I’m really happy with my stay. I would probably use this agency to rent a vacation home again.

Beautiful house, everything you would need, home from home. Very very spacious, lovely sized pool. very quiet neighborhood. Had a small issue on arrival with ants, received an email straight away and Poliana was lovely and came over the next day and assured us it will be dealt with. Afterall we are in Florida! Would recommend.

There were ants in the downstairs bathroom. The hot water in the washer leaks which causes the washer to fill up when not in use. The closet doors in the NASA room are not installed correctly, so it will fall when opened or closed. The hot water heater went out on our 3rd night and we did not get it fixed for 2 days. The handy man came and explained that he could not fix it. Hartini emailed and explained that it was a new home and under warranty, so she would contact Lennar. This all started Tuesday morning and the water heater was not fixed until Thursday afternoon. After Hartini's email on Tuesday afternoon, she would not answer any of my calls or emails. This house is not maintenanced properly.

Stayed with our family and 2 young grandchildren. The pool was warm and loved by the kids and the adults. The house was very spacious and clean, ample room for everyone. Houses are close together, not very private when outdoors, if that is what you are looking for. We were gone for most of the days, so this was not a concern for our group. Felt very safe and secure in the neighborhood and easy access to the Disney Parks. For large groups it would have been nice to know in advance if there was garbage pick up daily, by the end of the week we had the bins overflowing as they were small for the number of individuals in our group( not a complaint just a suggestion for future visitors). GPS had difficulty finding location, would be helpful for future guests to know some crossroads so location could be located, we had 2 GPS and neither could locate the exact street. Pictures of the house were very accurate and depicted the layout well. I would recommend others to the property. The clubhouse and lazy river was a nice bonus. When we arrived to the gates at Champions Gate, they did not have my name, I did have the email and confirmation so this also went seamless. Great stay and would recommend to others. Prior to our stay there was a change in management and delays in response to emails as I was emailing the individual that left. However once I connected with Alison she assured me everything was taken care of and she was correct. We enjoyed our stay and the amenities at the home. A barbeque would have been nice to have , however when we called for delivery we were notified that it was a additional cost that we had not anticipated. Thank you!!

Loved the deco, beds were comfy, and the family enjoyed that all the rooms had their own flat-screen TVs and cable.

The pool was awesome - water was warm and just big enough for kids to splash around in and play games. Clubhouse is close and fun for the family to visit with giant lazy river, pool, and volleyball.

Fairly close to freeway for amusement parks - you definitely do need to get some supplies but overall had everything you needed.
