Well, I doubt that anyone there cares about honest feedback, however, here it is... we stayed in the same house last year in March. We liked the home and the proximity to the golf courses we play. This year upon our arrival February 1st, I noticed several relatively minor issues in the home. I tried to call your number..... no answer and no ability to leave a voice mail because voice mail wasn't set up??Anyway, the issues that were apparent on our arrival were, 1) handle on sliding door falling off, lock doesn't work, 2) no light bulbs in the livingroom lamps and no ability to plug them in because there was no power bar or adapters for more outlets. 3) 2 of 3 light bulbs out in main floor bathroom. 4) towel bar in main floor bathroom in cupboard because it needed a drywall anchor or toggle bolt to hold up the bracket. 5) There was no batteries in the ceiling fan remote in the livingroom
These items were acknowledged that day and not addressed until the day before we left. By the next day we seen that several of the vertical blind slats were thrown in the furnace closet,the electric kettle was burnt out and not working, the stove top was cracked, the pool had barely enough water to reach the skimmer and the water was not warm as we paid for a heated pool. The lack of customer service and maintenance was really bad. I was embarrassed bringing my friends here. The drywall repair to the right of the livingroom sliding door wasn't painted as it was the same as the previous year. I paid a premium to stay there and feel that I did not receive the value I paid for. I would appreciate someone with real authority to contact me to discuss compensation for this situation.

The next day we tried contacting again, no response, we texted, nothing. We decided to take the kids, who was already frustrated because of no wifi, we decided to go out. Come to know we couldn’t leave because the door wouldn’t lock. My husband texted again to not pay for the terrible service. Not long from his text we finally get a call from the owner saying they’ll send someone out. But before they sent someone out, they wanted a video of the door lock not being able to close. They did bring those the next day but didn't acknowledge any other complaints. Wifi and cable didn’t work and a request was put in to get it fixed without any response. This area is a party spot so very loud neighborhood. If your wanting to party this is a good place to stay. If you want sleep after long days at the park then this is not the place.

This is a property with so much potential it is a shame Managment isn’t willing to see it through.

Home was just fine. No problems. Biggest issue is Champions gate community. Very bad traffic flow into community. 45 minute wait on street to get to security gate.

When I walked in I thought that I’m in a 5 star hotel it was fresh and clean the table was set so we don’t have to look for dishes it smelled very fresh was always who to talk to through the app I would definitely rent this house again.

We chose this rental firstly because of its location. We would be providing day care for the week for our granddaughter who lives nearby. Secondly, access to the Oasis Club appealed to us. Water slides, lazy river and toddler pool plus ammenities for our visiting adult family made this location very appealing to us. Our 8 year olds had a ball there. The pictures of the house caught my attention because everything looked new and fresh and clean. It was exactly as shown. The house had plenty of room and a small heated pool to enjoy. Upon entering I immediately noticed the caring little touches left there by housekeeping. The house was very clean and modern. The kitchen had every utensil and appliance we needed. There are enough sample shampoos and soaps to last a day or two for those who are flying there. The management was very accommodating and prompt. We had to call maintenance to adjust the pool heat and he arrived very quickly and took care of the problem. He came back to double check several hours later which was very conscientious, we thought. All staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. We could probably drum up something to complain about if we were those kind of people but it would be a challenge! We love to rent houses when we travel as we enjoy the feel of a home away from home with the impersonal feel of a nice hotel. So this was not our first rodeo. My husband remarked that he would stay there again. And THAT is the best review any place can get!

Cons- it is noted on the website that this condo does not allow dogs. To me (and another guest staying with us) there was an odor that resembled dog urine in the living/ kitchen area. The condo was very clean so I'm not sure what the smell was.

The upstairs master bathroom shower curtain (specifically the liner) needs to be replaced. It is very dingy and used looking. The shower hooks don't "clip" so when you pull the shower curtain closed the curtain falls off of many of them. The water pressure in this bathroom is very intense. If you don't like heavy water pressure you may have to call management to the unit (this goes for downstairs shower as well). The third bathroom, upstairs, has normal water pressure.

It isn't noted on the details that no basic items such as salt, pepper, kitchen towels, or any "cleaner" for countertops etc. are not provided. Again, not a big deal but it would have been nice to know. Also there were 2 dishwasher packs provided, no dish soap. We had to buy dish soap, sponges to clean dishes, trash bags, general spray cleaner and paper towels. Most rentals require you to buy these items. Tupperware items provided however, they were broken. This is an easy cheap fix.

Not baby friendly. We had a hard time with my 15 month old in this condo. Wanting to climb stairs, no designated area for her to sleep, glass tables in living room with sharp edges. We ended up putting towels over all the tables so she wouldn't hurt herself. No pack n play, or high chair which was a bummer. You can rent these items at local places, which isn't convenient but can be done. A lot of condos in this area come with these items which would have been convenient.


We go to Disney approximately twice a year, and this is one of the better condos. There is no awful sales pitch or timeshare lecture you have to endure. Overall we had a great time and we would definitely stay at this condo again!

This 4 bedroom townhome in Davenport was very comfortable for our family of 9 (6 adults and 3 children) visiting Disney parks. The layout and description was as described, and the kitchen and living space was perfect for family meals. Our only complaints is that we consistently ran out of hot water while showering and doing laundry in the morning, and trash was not picked up every day. The kitchen was well equipped but had no dish towels. There are sufficient supplies for one day, so you will need to purchase dishwashing supplies and trash bags. Overall we had a good experience and would certainly consider returning in the future.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the property. The property was clean. However, there were a few areas needing attention- the blender appeared to be clean but upon disassembling it prior to us using, there was a lot of dried of crud. The fridge also appeared to be clean but had a fishy smell. The water filter on the fridge was expired which created an unnecessary expense of store-brought ice and bottled water. There were also several vertical blinds missing in the living/dining room. We have stayed at several vacation rentals/timeshare properties in the past. A couple of things the other properties had that this one lacked were a trial sized dish detergent, dish cloth and potholders. There were two dishwashing tabs provided so it was still possible to wash the dishes, just not wipe down counters or have the option of handwashing. Despite these small disappointments, the property was great. Pool area was very clean as well as the house in general. There were plenty of towels which was great b/c the clubhouse does not have a towel service. The shared pool area was also fun. Lots of different pools and several a/c, closed door cabanas available for rent. There was also ample parking at the clubhouse despite it being a holiday wknd. We will definitely visit again.

This location is outstanding. The assortment of restaurants, proximity to Disney, golf courses, and the clubhouse/pool area all made this place great.

The location of the townhouse is close to the clubhouse and restaurants and a publix supermarket. The manager at was very helpful in answering all my questions, this is my second time staying in the townhouse and will return soon. I will recommend to my friends and family.

Horrible, I tried to make the best of all situations the house wasnt cleaned. I complained several times and I was offered 2 additional nights, once I said that wouldnt work I was told I would get a credit for a future stay. The property manager stopped responding its going on a month. I would not recommend this rental company to anybody.

The house is vary spacious and i love it and will stay again and i love club house pool the kids really enjoy it

The home was so nice with more than enough room for everyone. The pool was a really nice amenity for those rainy days. The kids could jump immediately following the rain and hurry back in the house if the weather seemed questionable. There were plenty pots, pans, and utensils for the days we decided to cook. The community center was AWESOME! The lazy river, kiddie play area, food service, bar area, and movie theatre offered a little something for everyone during the time we spent there. Would definatley stay again.

The townhouse is very nice and beautifully decorated. There is a lot of construction on new townhouses directly across from the unit. However, we did enjoy our stay and the unit was perfect for our needs.

Some days it took up to 40 minutes to get the parks based on the time of day/traffic. The location of the house is in an area of the complex still under construction. Waking up to construction at 7 am wasnt the best start to vacation days. Overall the house was very nice. Plenty of room to spread out.

The Property Management company was not a pleasure to deal with. Emails unanswered. I had to call three times to receive my welcome letter when I was arriving in less than 4 days. The representatives would say Were so busy, I was pulled for a project, etc. There is a valance missing in the living room. The pantry door knob is missing. I sliced my leg open on the coffee table in the living room. I emailed the Property Management company about all of these issues with no response.
