The home is very beautiful it wasn’t dirty when we arrived for our stay there was 14 of us in our group the house is very spacious and comfortable. Would recommend this house 10/10 everything is nice and close by the kitchen is my dream kitchen once again this house is amazing

My family and I were there for 6 nights for the Christmas holidays. And we had great time. We had more space that we needed.4 of the bedroom weren't even used. I loved everything about this beautiful house.I would definitely rent this home again.We didn't encounter no problem during our stay. I love their check in methods, and the gate codes so you didn't have to wait at gate for security to let you in.

Very nice place to stay. I recommand the house for a group of 8 persons or more. Each room as a bathroom and very convenient.

Great location, great property and host. Family and friends came to Central Fl to help celebrate my daughter’s graduation from college with a dinner gathering at the property. Home is as advertised. Everyone loved it. The only issues were small ants in the kitchen area counters & a few loose head boards on a couple of beds in different rooms which may lead to injury if not fixed. Also I did read reviews about both of those issues prior to booking but thought they writing been fixed by the time we reverted due to the dates of the post regarding the ants and broken beds. Hopefully management doesn’t ignore this problem any longer. Otherwise house was great and worth the rental

The hot water heater went out on our last day. A request with an agent was made via phone at 2pm. I was assured verbally that someone was on the continued calls went unanswered. I even received a message at 4:54 AM stating someone had been to the property and that the issue was resolved. This was untrue. The next time I received contact was after I had checked out. My family and I were without hot water for an entire day. The house is nice; however, communication is very poor and to date, no one has contacted me to discuss the situation/follow-up. To leave a tenant without hot water for 24 hours is unprofessional.

I stayed at your property in Reunion, FL on 7/14/23-7/17/23. I am absolutely not happy with my experience and would like my money back. Let’s start with the as soon as we walked in the door, there was dead worms and insects everywhere. Continue to make our way into the home there were live ones and ants everywhere. I didn’t make a big deal about it. The first big thing that wasn’t working was the pool pump, hot tub or splash pad. When I called Giselle, she didn’t have much info to give me. I didn’t hear back anything until I reached out again the next morning and she said some one would be there by 5pm on our second day at the property. 5pm came and no one had showed. We had been at the home all day. I reached out to her again after 5pm and she said someone already went, she was waiting on their report. I never heard back from her. I had to ask about it when I called on Sunday morning to make her aware that the A/C on the second floor was not working since Saturday night. I was told to turn the thermostat down, which didn’t work. I reached back out a few hours later and she said she was trying to get someone to come out. I never heard back from her. The temperature was over 85 degrees in the house upstairs where most of the bedrooms and bathrooms were. With having little children and a pregnant at woman at the house this is completely unacceptable. She showed no care and didn’t try to fix or address any of the concerns I had. Even ones such as the house not having paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags or hand soap, When I told her about the toilet paper, she didn’t even bother to respond. I had to go to the store on multiple occasions to stock the house with things it should have had. The house is also infested with bugs. Food items that we bought were taken over by ants. When I addressed how I felt Giselles words were “write an email to corporate.”
